We love showcasing the best local suppliers the New Forest has to offer. From locally-roasted speciality coffee and a selection of New Forest Teas, to award-winning soft-scoop ice cream served in a waffle cone. Our menu is designed with quality, flavour, and community in mind.

We are proud to work with local suppliers and producers who help us offer quality food and drink on-the-go, while supporting the people behind them. Whether you’re popping by for a flat white, cooling off with an ice cream, or indulging in one of our cakes, we want every visit to be a good one.

We also offer a range of vegan options, from refreshing vegan ice creams to plant-based cakes & oat milk - there’s something for everyone.

Sustainability
At Trailside, we care about where we work, and sustainability is at the heart of how we operate.

Our menus feature high-quality, local New Forest Marque products that support our community and help reduce food miles. All our packaging is carefully chosen to provide the most eco-friendly solutions for takeaway consumption. We also encourage visitors to bring their own travel cups, reducing waste while enjoying discounted refreshments.
​
Our mobile cafes are equipped with innovative battery and solar systems, allowing us to operate without generators or engines. This not only lowers emissions but also provides a true ‘silent service’, reducing noise pollution and keeping our operations in tune with the forest.
​
We proudly participate in refill schemes with our wholesale tea and coffee suppliers, which eliminates a substantial amount of single-use plastic. Visitors also help us reduce waste by supporting our decision to remove unnecessary packaging, such as straws and individually wrapped sugar sachets, opting instead for sugar cubes.

We are dedicated custodians of the New Forest, helping visitors make the most of their trips to Bolderwood and Blackwater, assisting with site management, litter picking, and providing guidance on the New Forest Code.

Our mobile cafes
Our mobile cafe's are custom-built to serve fantastic food and drink safely and efficiently, while blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings. Each unit is fully self-sufficient, operating sustainably without generators or external power supply.
